Wine is an alcoholic beverage. Orders may be placed only by adults (18 years or older) with a delivery address in the Republic of Serbia. By ordering, the customer confirms that they are of legal age. The courier may ask for identification on delivery and refuse to hand over the parcel to a minor. The seller reserves the right not to deliver an order where there is reasonable suspicion that the customer is a minor.
All prices are in Serbian dinars (RSD), VAT included. Delivery is not included in the price of the products and is charged separately (section 5). The seller may change prices; the price shown at the time the order was placed applies to the customer. In the event of an obvious error in a price or product description, the seller will inform the customer before dispatch and offer confirmation at the correct price or cancellation free of charge.
An order is placed by adding products to the cart, entering delivery details and confirming the order. After the order is sent, the customer receives an acknowledgement at the email address provided, listing the wines ordered and the total. This acknowledgement confirms that the order has been received, not that it has been accepted; the contract is concluded when the seller confirms that the order is ready for dispatch (by email or phone).
If an ordered product is unavailable, the seller will contact the customer and offer a replacement, partial delivery or cancellation. The seller may refuse an order if the details are incomplete or inaccurate, if the customer cannot be reached, or in the event of misuse.
Payment is made cash on delivery, to the courier when the parcel is collected. Card payment is not currently available; when it is introduced, the conditions will be published on this page. The invoice is enclosed with the parcel.
Delivery is available only within the Republic of Serbia, by courier service (currently Post Express). Orders are handed to the courier within 2 working days of confirmation and delivered on working days according to the courier's rules. Parcels are not dispatched at weekends or on public holidays.
The customer must inspect the parcel on receipt. If the packaging is visibly damaged, the customer may refuse to accept it and should inform the seller immediately.
A customer buying wine as a consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the parcel. Withdrawal is made by completing the withdrawal form (enclosed with the parcel and available by email on request) or by an unambiguous statement sent to office@dzervin.rs.
The wine must be returned unopened, in its original packaging and undamaged, within 14 days of sending the withdrawal statement, to the seller's address. The cost of return is borne by the customer. The seller refunds the amount paid (including the original delivery charge) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, to the account specified in the form.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to wine that has been opened or whose closure has been damaged, as such a product cannot be returned to sale for health and hygiene reasons.
A complaint about product quality (e.g. damaged bottle, faulty wine, wrong product) may be made within 2 years of receipt:
The invoice or other proof of purchase must accompany the complaint. The seller keeps a register of complaints and issues the customer with confirmation of receipt. We respond to a complaint within 8 days of receipt with a proposed solution (replacement, price reduction or refund) and resolve it within 15 days of the response if the customer agrees to the proposed solution. Complaints are received and handled by the seller's authorised representative.
A customer who is not satisfied with the response may initiate out-of-court consumer dispute resolution before a body registered with the Serbian Ministry of Internal and Foreign Trade.
We ask our customers to enjoy wine in moderation and responsibly. Alcohol is not intended for pregnant women, persons under 18 or drivers.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. The seller may amend the terms; orders already concluded are subject to the terms in force at the time of ordering. Customers' personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. These terms apply from 6 October 2026.
